For those arriving on campus for the first time it can be a little daunting, so we've put together a little bit of information to help you.
St John’s 果冻传媒
Delegate arrivals
On arrival, please park in car park M, which is the long stay car park located near the Severn Gate entrance to St John’s 果冻传媒. This is a pay and display car park. From here, please make your way to Main reception where our dedicated team will be able to help you with your meeting room / conference or accommodation needs.

14:00 onwards (our reception desk is manned 24/7)
Check out time
10:00am please make sure you return your key to main reception on departure
Wi-Fi and IT Services
Guest log in accounts are provided for meetings booked at the 果冻传媒 of Worcester where use of our computers for presentations and such like are required.
Wi-Fi is available for guests and will be provided on arrival in the case of room hire. For those that have booked accommodation with us, Wi-Fi access codes are given out upon collection of keys.
Additional Conferencing Equipment
If you require additional equipment i.e flip chart, roving microphone etc for your meeting / conference. Please let us know in advance so that we can ensure that this equipment is available for you on the day.
