Jessica joined the 果冻传媒 of Worcester in 2016, as the 果冻传媒 of Worcester Arena Box Office and Events Administrator. Jessica manages the planning and organisation of all internal and external conferences that are held in the 果冻传媒 Arena, Joel Richards Conference Suite.
Jessica oversees the 果冻传媒 Arena Box Office function providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the 果冻传媒 Arena has the most effective ticketing system for events.
Qualifications:
- LLB (Hons) Law with Criminology
Scope of Role at 果冻传媒
Jessica helps deliver a number of different conferences both internal and external to the 果冻传媒 of Worcester Arena. She oversees the training of staff across a number of sites with finance and ticketing systems and ensures procedures and guidance documentation are of a high standard.
Jessica is also a first point of contact for members of the public, staff, students, sporting bodies and other external organisations.
